FAQ
- Is a card really needed for the trial?
- Yes. The card starts the 14 days; nothing is charged before day 15. Cancel in the trial and nothing is charged at all.
- Who counts as a user?
- Everybody on your team who signs in to Core. Your clients’ people in the portal, and guests you invite into a conversation, are free.
- Can we add and remove people?
- Any time. Somebody added is charged at once for the days left in your period. Somebody removed stops counting at your next renewal; the time left is not refunded.
- Do you charge VAT?
- Prices for businesses are plus VAT. Buying privately, the price includes Germany’s 19% VAT.
- Can we buy from outside Germany?
- Not yet. For now Core is sold to studios and people in Germany — tax and invoices differ from country to country. Other countries follow.
- Can we switch from monthly to yearly?
- Yes, on any day. What you paid for the rest of that month is credited; you pay the yearly rate — 15% off — for the rest of the month plus one full year from the 1st of the next month. The year then renews on the 1st.
- Is anything extra?
- No. One price per person, every part of Core in it, and your own installation.
- When and how do we pay?
- With the card you started the trial with, through Stripe. Every bill falls on the 1st of the month. The first one, on day 15, covers the rest of that month — and on a yearly plan one full year from the 1st after it. An invoice for every payment arrives by email.
