FAQ
- Who is Core for?
- Studios of two to fifty people who sell, plan and bill client work — design, web, film, marketing. It is what OffGROUND itself runs on, every day.
- Do we get our own installation?
- Yes. Each studio gets its own Core, with its own database and its own backups, isolated from every other customer.
- Do our clients count as users?
- No. A user is somebody on your team who signs in to Core. Your clients’ people in the portal, and guests you invite into a conversation, are not counted.
- Is it in German?
- Yes — Core itself speaks German, English and Serbian, and each person picks their own. Quotes, invoices and emails go out in the client’s language.
- Can we bring our data with us?
- Leads and clients come in from a CSV, TSV or Excel (XLSX) file, matched column by column and with an undo for seven days. For the rest, tell us what you use today and we say honestly how much can come across.
- What happens when the 14 days are up?
- On day 15 the plan you picked starts and your card is charged — monthly, or yearly with 15% off. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
- Does it work on our phones?
- Yes. Every screen works at phone size, and Core installs on the home screen like an app, with notifications for calls and messages.
