Notice of the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Only the German text is legally binding. This English version is a convenience translation. The German text follows the statutory model notice and addresses you formally.

This notice applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB) who order Core as a subscription. Businesses have no right of withdrawal. It follows the statutory model (Annex 1 to Art. 246a § 1 (2) sentence 2 EGBGB).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Addition by OFFGROUND

For the free trial (the first 14 days after the contract is concluded), we charge no amount if you withdraw.

I expressly request that OFFGROUND begins providing my Core before the withdrawal period has expired. I am aware that I lose my right of withdrawal once OFFGROUND has fully performed the contract, and that, if I withdraw after provision has begun, I must pay an appropriate amount for the service provided up to then. No amount is due for the free trial.
